2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 226 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
