JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-11-2015 Petitioner was refused from consideration for appointment on the post of a constable on the ground that he did not have the requisite measurement of chest, unexpanded and expanded. The minimum requirement in the category of the petitioner is said to be 81-86 cm. When the original measurement was taken, the data release indicated measurement to be 78-81 cm. Petitioner filed an appeal, based on which a re-measurement was done. The remeasurement yielded the figure of 81-83 cm. Even on re-measurement, petitioner does not meet the minimum eligibility of 81-86 cm. The Court cannot compel the
