Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020 registered under Sections 401, 411, 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b) (a) and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2020.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner is the habitual offender and many cases have been

It is further submitted that incriminating articles have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Hence, he does not deserve for regular bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is rejected. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
