The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. There is recovery of 64.050 litres of Indian made Foreign Liquor from the house of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner is owner of the house from which huge quantity of Indian made Foreign Liquor was recovered and the petitioner is having criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
