2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 566(C) of 2020 registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N.I. Act.
3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the accused persons including this petitioner purchased a piece of land from the complainant Most. Meena Devi and got executed sale deed and the accused persons made her believe that money shall be paid through bank and thus the accused persons avoided to pay consideration money on one or another pretext and finally they refused.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

Further submission is that from perusal of the sale deed dated 29.11.2019 it would be apparent that the complainant in specific term has accepted regarding payment of all the consideration money. The dispute is purely civil in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 566(C) of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
