2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 570 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308(3), 308(4), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS and Sections 25(a), 27 of the Arms Act.
3. According to allegation, the petitioner threatened the shopkeepers to close their shops until the ransom was paid. 4 At the very outset, the learned APP for the State has submitted that the processes under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has been issued, as such, the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail.

5. The petitioner has four criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is rejected.
