2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2) & (3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 352, 351(2) and subsequently added Section 109 of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the petitioner, along with others, allegedly assaulted the informant and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the nature of allegations is general and omnibus, and no specific overt act has been

It is also contended that, from a perusal of the order of the learned Trial Court, it appears that altogether four persons have sustained grievous injuries; however, the F.I.R. does not clearly disclose the role of the present petitioner in the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 28.01.2026 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Banka (Odhani Dam) P.S. Case No. 556 of 2025, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka.
