Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is admittedly a teacher in Nagar Parishad and for such teachers, any grievance relating to service condition, there is statutory alternative remedy available to them before the concerned District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, this writ application obviously is premature as also not maintainable on account of non-exhausting the statutory alternative remedy.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10186 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to move the competent authority.

4. This writ application is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
