2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 282 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 351(3), 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of stabbing the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2024.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and the injury caused to the victim, is simple in nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Teghra, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Teghra P.S.
