The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Constable in Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) after making Re-medical check up by considering the fact the petitioner was qualified in Physical and written test examination and was writing for appointment letter/ Re-medical check up but the appointment/medical check up has been done without any action to the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondents has submitted, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case, that the petitioner was declared medically unfit due to External Hemorrhoids, B.P. and being over-weight in the final medical examination, hence he could not be selected for the post of Constable (GD) in SSB. 3.

The aforesaid aspect of the matter has not been refuted by the petitioner, hence I do not find any merit in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
