The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 189 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the specific allegation made in the first information report by the informant that the petitioner and others first abused him and then co-accused Tibwa Mandal opened fire causing injury in his abdomen, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. The application is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42835 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
