2. In terms of order dated 14.03.2018, the opposite party no. 2, i.e., the District Education Officer, Begusarai is present in Court. He has filed show cause and also counter affidavit.
3. At the very outset, the opposite party no. 2 has expressed his unqualified and unconditional apology for not having responded to learned State Counsel earlier. However, from the show cause and counter affidavit filed by him, it transpires that up-to-date payment in terms of the order of the Court dated 12.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33576 of 2014 has been made to the petitioner. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60761 of 2017 dt.04-04-2018 2/2 opposite party no. 2 has assured the Court that from March onwards the order shall be strictly complied with and whatever payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall be credited directly into her account.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact that payments have now been made in terms of the order of the Court.
5. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 submitted that he has never opposed such payment.
6. In view thereof, on the assurance of the opposite party no. 2, the present petition stands disposed off.
7. Personal appearance of the opposite party no. 2 stands dispensed with.
