The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahrajganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, no incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. He has been rotting in judicial custody since 09.03.2020.
