JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-10-2015 Prayer of the petitioner is for grant of promotion under ACP scheme with all the consequential benefits. Petitioner submits that since the date of appointment on 31.7.1986 as a Jan Sevak, he has not been granted regular promotion under ACP scheme. In the year 1999, a departmental proceeding was initiated against him in which he was exonerated. The grievance of the petitioner is that his colleagues have been granted benefits of ACP, whereas the same has been denied to him. He has also filed representation before the District Magistrate, Gaya in this regard.

If the petitioner files a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Gaya in respect of his grievances, the same would be duly considered within a period of three months from
