The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No.294 of 2018 registered for an offence under Section 302/34 of the IPC.

As per prosecution case, on the very petty issue, this petitioner and other accused persons involved in scuffle, during course of which, assault took place wherein informant's wife and other relatives sustained injuries at the hands of this petitioner and other co-accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. He further submits that there is land dispute between the parties and petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2018 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sessions Trial No.50 of 2019 arising out of Jagdishpur P.S.Case No.294 of 2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
