Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 08.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14326 of 2022, as contained in Annexure-3. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32629 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
