The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 310 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused Gautam Kumar @ Bhonta from whose house stolen fan has been recovered.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
