Vide an order dated 22.8.2022, a coordinate bench of this Court had passed the following order :

Let the directions contained in order dated 6.5.2019 be complied with by the appellant within four weeks, failing which this appeal as against the respondent nos. 1 and 3 shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench." For the non-compliance of the said order dated 22.8.2022, the appeal now stands dismissed as against

Patna High Court FA No.18 of 2012(22) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 respondent No. 1 and 3.

As such, the same has also become incompetent as a whole as only respondent No. 2 remain as the sole respondent. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the appeal vide F.A. No. 18 of 2012 stands dismissed as against respondent No. 2 also.
