Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sonpur P.S. Case No.1134 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant (father of the victim) alleged that his daughter went to the cattle shed on 30.10.2018 but she did not return. During course of search, the informant came to know that Ranjeet Rai, son of Bhola Rai kidnapped his daughter for the purpose of marriage or for killing her. The informant further named the parents and other relatives of Ranjeet Rai stating that they helped Ranjeet Rai in kidnapping the daughter of the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31656 of 2019(2) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are relatives of Ranjeet Rai and they have no manner of concern with Ranjeet Rai or his father Bhola Rai. The victim left her house and fled away with Ranjeet Rai. They have already solemnized marriage.

Having considered the facts that the petitioners are relatives of Ranjeet Rai, who is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No.1134 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
