Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the application of petitioner no.1 Sonu Kumar @ Sonu Kumar Paswan is dismissed as withdrawn. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41309 of 2021(2) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 10/15 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner nos. 2 and 3 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Exclusive Spl.
