2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 8/20/22(b)/29 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, 1 kilogram Ganja has been recovered from the possession of apprehended co-accused persons who disclosed name of the petitioner as the person who had given said Ganja for selling the same in the market.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner is named in the FIR. He
