In the present case claim has been made that the petitioner qualified the written examination, she was called for the physical test, but was not called for participation further. It has been pointed out by the counsel for the Central Selection Board that she filled up the form declaring herself to be a trained Home Guard, but has failed to produce the certificate of the same.

The counsel for the petitioner is unable to make the submission with regard to having a certificate of Home Guard
