Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No.116 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. The police arrested petitioner in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.123 of 2018 and recorded his confessional statement. Thereafter, he was remanded in the instant case.

Petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
