The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2022 in connection with Madhepura Excise P.S. Case No.810 of 2021 arising out of Madhepura Excise P.S. Case No. 04 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. There is recovery of 195 litres of country made liquor and 5000 litres of Jawa Gur Ghol from place of occurrence. Considering the fact that the petitioner has four antecedents of similar nature and he is in custody since 10.03.2022, he shall be released on bail, after framing of charge or on completion of one year in custody whichever is

Case No.810 of 2021 arising out of Madhepura Excise P.S. Case No. 04 of 2021. The petitioner will visit Madhepura Excise Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
