After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy under Section 3 G(5) of the National Highway Act, 1956 [Act No. 48 of 1956] as petitioner's land was acquired under the National Highway Act, 1956 [Act No. 48 of 1956] and the petitioner is aggrieved from the amount of the compensation.

3. Counsel for National Highways Authority of India also submits that the remedy to the grievances of the petitioner is available under Section 3 G(5) of the National Highway Act, 1956 [Act No. 48 of 1956].

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to avail the remedy for his grievances which is available under Section 3 G(5) of the National Highway Act, 1956.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
