This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 21 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 36 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.2, above named.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.2, above named.
