JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-01-2018 The petitioner, claiming to be retired from service in 2004, has approached the Court with grievance that some arrears of salary are still pending with the respondent authorities. As the details of the aforesaid claim are not given, this Court is unable to pass any order in his favour. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondents giving the details of these claims regarding arrears of salary. If such claim is made by the petitioner, respondents would be obliged to consider the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
