Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. . It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2020.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State submits that petitioner has criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
