2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that he has already filed appeal against the impugned order dated 16.01.2024 contained in Memo No. 68, which is pending before the Appellate Authority - The Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna since 13.02.2024.

3. Considering the relief as prayed for on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7130 of 2024(2) dt.12-12-2024 2/2 petitioner, the Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board must not delay in adjudicating the appeal in accordance with law forthwith without taking any further time in view of the fact that appeal of the petitioner is pending before him since 13.02.2024.
