The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 It is a case of recovery of English liquor from the house of co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no incriminating wine was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
