2. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 639 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation is of assault upon the victim by the petitioners.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and there is general and omnibus allegation against them.
5. The main allegation is against Mango Mahto
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33369 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 who has already been granted regular bail from this Court.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court from the six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 639 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
