In the present case the petitioners have raised a grievance that the Government in terms of the order dated 6.5.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6668 of 2012 has not acted upon as Government has only shifted 5% vacancy of Urdu teacher to the category of physical trained teachers. The Government has taken a policy decision and this Court cannot look into the policy decision of the

Patna High Court MJC No.4208 of 2013 (3) dt.30-10-2015 Government in the present proceeding. The petitioners, if so advised, may approach before the appropriate court, forum or authority for redressal of their grievances. With the aforesaid observation this application is dismissed.
