The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 474 of the IPC.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner was appearing at the examination of Diploma Semester Civil Part-I, held at Engineering College, Gaya in place of his brother, Ramanand Singh.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though, the petitioner was caught on the spot, but he was released by the police on bail.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was released on police bail, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
