The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khagaria P.S. Case No.618 of 2018 registered under Section 308 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant of course named six persons in the F.I.R. but alleged that Prince Kumar and Rahul Kumar assaulted him with iron rod and butt of pistol. When his friend, Monu Kumar came to save, they also assaulted his friend and all accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his friend.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. He was only a member of the mob. Case has already been

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.618 of 2018, G.R. No.2512/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
