The petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai (Town) P.S. Case No. 732 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in attempted to remove Rs. 3 lacs by cutting the bag of the informant with blade. The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
