Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.20 of 2023, registered for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the IPC. 3.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having obtained employment as a panchayat teacher on the basis of forged educational certificates.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent, he

The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the process of termination of services of the petitioner is going on, nonetheless, the petitioner shall submit his resignation and as soon as his resignation is accepted, he be granted liberty to appear before the learned court below for being granted the privilege of bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the materials available on record, I deem it fit and proper to direct that in case the petitioner appears before the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate-1st, Udakishanganj, Madhepura, in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.20 of 2023 and produces proof of termination of his services, he shall be granted the privilege of bail, subject to such conditions as may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed by the learned Trial Court.
