Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyaya, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 24-03-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was under extreme circumstances and, as such, he could not comply the order dated 19.12.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84445 of 2019, wherein he had undertaken to deposit Rs. Ten lacs in six equal installments. Learned counsel further states that the amount is Rupees Nine lacs and not Ten lacs and out of Rupees Nine lacs, he has deposited substantial amount and only a sum of Rs.3,76,271/- remains to be deposited. The petitioner, through learned counsel, undertakes to deposit the said remaining amount within a period of six months from today.

The order dated 19.12.2019 shall stand modified to this extent with the amount being deposited and the period of provisional bail shall stand extended for a further period of six months.
