2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 324, 354, 354 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner No. 1 Nityanand Singh, cousin of the informant asked him to sign some papers relating to the land. The informant denied thereupon, the coaccused Aman and Suman assaulted him. There is also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35635 of 2024(3) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 allegation that the petitioner Nos. 2, 3 & 5 who are ladies, assaulted the informant with iron rod etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and there is land dispute between the parties. He has also submitted that none has suffered any kind of injury.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 196 of 2023 with condition that the petitioners shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
