JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to implement the order dated 04.02.2010 passed by the Town Commissioner, Gaya Nagar Nigam, Gaya in Case No. 10/35/08, whereby and whereunder a direction has been issued for demolition of the illegal construction made by the respondent no. 8.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner herein, I direct the respondent no. 3 to implement the order dated 04.02.2010 without any further delay i.e. within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.3902 of 2012(14) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 period of two weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the Town Commissioner, Gaya Nagar Nigam, Gaya shall not draw his salary.
