This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) Bihar Excise Act, 2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that co-accused Rajkumar Singh with identical allegation, as against this petitioner, has been allowed regular bail by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29627 of 2020.

On perusal of the F.I.R, it is evident that accusation against this petitioner and that of co-accused Rajkumar Singh is identical.
