2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that though the respondents admit in paragraph no.3 of the supplementary counter affidavit that the petitioner is entitled for overtime amount for the year 2001 and 2002 and payment has been made but inspite of several
Patna High Court CWJC No.21102 of 2012(3) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 representations made by the petitioner, the entire grievance of the petitioner has not been considered by the Authorities and such, the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation, giving the details in respect of years and total number of hours, he had worked overtime, as referred in paragraph no.7 of the writ petition.
3. In case, the petitioner files a representation the same is required to be considered by the respondent/s within a period of six weeks, from the date of filing of the representation.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
