Having regard to the fact that the petitioner seeks engagement on the post of Vikas Mitra, the remedy for him in the first instance will be before the authorities named in the guideline, namely, Sub Divisional Officer, District Programme Officer and the Collector in that seriatim.

When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move appropriate authority.
