JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Harnaut PS case no. 243 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations against the accused persons are for assaulting the informant side and one Manoj Kumar Yadav, the co-accused is alleged to have fired resulting in firearm injury to the father of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as far as the petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus

No.62823 of 2017 (2) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 allegation against them and similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Vijay Yadav and Ranjit Yadav have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by an order dated 18.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50924 of 2017. It is further submitted that the petitioners have a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, as also the parity of the case of the petitioners with those coaccused persons who have already been granted anticipatory bail, I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks before the concerned court, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut PS case no. 243 of 2017, (G.R.
