This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing Phulwari P.S.Case No. 119 of 2016 registered under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
At the outset, it is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during pendency of the writ petition investigation has been completed and the police have submitted final report holding the accusation against the petitioner to be "mistake of fact".
