The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 565 of 2021 arising out of Hathidah P.S. Case No. 04 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
