Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation. Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Corporation stating therein that all the retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner. On the basis of the statements made in the supplementary counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if any amount still remains unpaid, he may file representation ventilating his grievance before the concerned authority who shall dispose of the same expeditiously.
