The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nautan P. S. Case No. 259 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 354-B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.
Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the active participation of the petitioner in the commission of crime, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Kanchan/- U T
