1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to make high level inquiry with regard to embezzlement of a heavy amount of Rs.46,87,854/- in the office of the respondent Zila Parishad Sitamarhi and also with regard to the temporary embezzlement of Rs.

43,71,646/- by the Respondent no.-7 the accountant working in the office of the Zila

Patna High Court CWJC No.8141 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 Parishad Sitamarhi.

(B) For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to take appropriate Legal action against the respondent No.-7 and to initiate a disciplinary proceeding against him and also to award a major punishment of dismissal from service for the wrong done by him such as forgery, as well as defalcation of public money. (C) For issuance of appropriate writ/ order on direction to the respondent authorities for taking stern action against the guilty person, officials posted in the Zila Parishad Sitamarhi who are found in connivance with the respondent no.-7 for defalcation of public money and also to recover/ realize the public money from the guilty person specially the respondent no.-7."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
