This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019, disclosing offences under/Sections 341/342/323/324/307/353/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The typed copy of the First Information Report does not match with the original First Information Report and can't be said to true copy of the original. The petitioner has, thus, attempted to mislead this Court.

This application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.
