2. Mr. Kumar Ravish, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the certain payments have been made and with regard to remaining part of the grievance as to non-payment the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the competent authority.

3. Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15329 of 2014 dt.06-08-2018 2/2 District Programme Officer (Establishment), Araria, who shall examine the claim of the petitioner and dispose of the representation by a reasoned and speaking order and ensure payment of salary, if it is found admissible and payable to the petitioner. Final decision in this regard must be taken within a maximum period of six months from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order.
